AGV/AMR robot drive wheel wear test completed a new round of verification
Recently, Zhengsong Manufacturing has completed comprehensive durability testing of the next-generation polyurethane drive wheels for AGVs/AMRs. The test simulates real-world operating conditions in a smart warehouse, continuously verifying the product’s friction characteristics, operational noise, impact resistance, and deformation behavior under long-term loading. Test results demonstrate that the custom-formulated polyurethane drive wheel exhibits outstanding shock absorption and noise reduction, with a strong bond between the wheel hub and the polyurethane layer, making it resistant to delamination even under heavy loads and repeated start–stop cycles. The product can be adapted to all kinds of unmanned handling robots, and is widely used in automatic storage and logistics sorting production lines to ensure stable and continuous operation of intelligent equipment.
