Targeting demanding industrial conditions such as heavy loads, high speeds, oil contamination, and extreme temperatures, the company has upgraded the material’s molecular structure to further enhance the wear resistance, tear strength, oil resistance, and peel‑resistance of polyurethane‑coated products. After the material optimization, the product can meet the long-term continuous start-stop operation requirements of AGV/AMR robots and heavy-duty logistics equipment, reduce the wear rate of wheel body and reduce the frequency of equipment maintenance.
